Returned mattresses in good condition are donated to local charities. We never resell used mattresses.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects including sagging greater than 1 inch, faulty stitching, and foam deterioration. It does not cover normal wear and tear, stains, or damage from improper use.

Contact our customer service team with photos of the issue. We'll review your claim within 48 hours and arrange a replacement if the defect is covered.

The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.

Our mattresses work with any sturdy, flat surface including platform beds, slatted frames (slats no more than 3 inches apart), adjustable bases, and box springs.

Vacuum your mattress monthly to remove dust. For spot cleaning, use a mild detergent with water and blot gently. Avoid soaking the mattress and allow it to dry completely before making the bed.

We recommend rotating your mattress 180 degrees every 3-6 months to ensure even wear. Our mattresses are not designed to be flipped.

While not required, we highly recommend using a waterproof mattress protector. It helps protect against spills, stains, and allergens, and can extend the life of your mattress.

With proper care, our mattresses are designed to last 8-10 years. Signs it may be time to replace include visible sagging, discomfort, or waking up with aches and pains.
